This Privacy Policy explains how Clergyss LLC (“Clergyss”, “we”), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit clergyss.com or buy from us.
1. Information we collect
When you place an order:
- Name, billing address and shipping address
- Email address and phone number
- Order details, including size, made-to-measure measurements and order notes
- Payment information: card or wallet details are entered into and processed by our payment processor. We receive only limited details (such as card type, last four digits and transaction status); we do not store full card numbers.
Automatically, when you use the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and cookie identifiers.
When you contact us or subscribe: your name, email address and message (contact form, newsletter sign-up or email).
2. How we use your information
- To process, make, ship and support your order, including returns and refunds
- To communicate with you about your order and respond to enquiries
- To prevent fraud and secure payments
- To send marketing emails if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To measure and improve the website and our advertising
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
3. Who we share it with
- Payment providers – where the payment method you choose at checkout uses one, to process payments and prevent fraud.
- Our production partner workshop in Pakistan – order details and measurements, and your name and shipping address where needed to ship your order.
- Shipping carriers – the courier we use for your order, to deliver it and provide tracking.
- Google – Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit and Google Tag Manager) to measure site usage, and Google for WooCommerce / Google Ads and Merchant Center tags to measure advertising performance.
- Service providers – our website hosting and email providers, which process data on our behalf.
- Authorities – where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout and login, plus analytics and advertising-measurement cookies from Google. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout need essential cookies to work.
5. Your US state privacy rights (including California – CCPA/CPRA)
Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, purposes and the categories of third parties we share it with
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax purposes)
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and of targeted advertising. Our use of Google advertising tags may be considered “sharing” under California law. To opt out, email us with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”; we also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information – we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA
- Non-discrimination – we will not deny service or charge different prices because you exercised your rights
To exercise a right, email support@clergyss.com. We will verify your request using the email address and order details on file and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide written permission from you. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
6. Access, correction and copies of your data
If you would like a copy of your data, or wish to update or correct any information we hold about you, email support@clergyss.com and we will respond within 45 days.
7. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes (generally up to 7 years), and marketing data until you unsubscribe.
8. Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, and payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. International processing
Your information is stored and processed in the United States and, where needed to make your order, by our production partner in Pakistan.
10. Children
Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
