Returns & Cancellations

At Clergyss, each garment is carefully made to order with precision and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail practices. We are committed to maintaining fairness, transparency, and the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Garments that are custom-made or personalized specifically for you are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where :

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 working days from the day after placing your order.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
  • If approved, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the cancellation request

Return Conditions & Deductions

If an order is cancelled and the item has already been shipped:
  • The product must be returned in its original condition
  • If the item is not returned or is returned in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to deduct recovery or handling costs from the refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and offer :
  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, where applicable
