Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on clergyss.com for delivery in the United States. Clergyss LLC sells two kinds of garments: standard-size garments and made-to-measure garments (the +$30 option on product pages). Different rules apply to each.

1. Standard-size garments: 30-day returns

• You may return a standard-size garment within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in its original condition with tags and packaging.
• After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

2. Made-to-measure garments: final sale

• Made-to-measure garments are made to the measurements you provide and are non-refundable and non-returnable, except as described in section 3.
• Remake offer: if a made-to-measure garment does not fit because the measurements supplied were inaccurate, we will remake it once at 50% of the original item price. Please request a remake within 30 days of delivery.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, is not the item you ordered, or a made-to-measure garment was not made to the measurements you provided, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund (including shipping) to your original payment method, and we cover the return shipping.

4. How to return an item

1. Email support@clergyss.com with your order number, the item(s) and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
3. Send the item, with a trackable shipping service, to the US returns address we send you with your return authorization.

Please do not send returns to our registered agent address in Sheridan, Wyoming. It is not a returns facility.
