We ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders cannot be placed for delivery outside the US.
Orders are dispatched to your US address by USPS, with tracking.

No payment is taken at checkout: after you place your order we email you an invoice from Clergyss LLC. Delivery time is counted from the day that invoice is paid and includes preparation, dispatch and USPS transit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees: weather or carrier delays can add time. Please order early for Easter, Christmas, ordinations and other key dates.

The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships, we email you the carrier name and tracking number.
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; the cost of re-shipping may be charged.
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos of any damage). We will open a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or a full refund.
