These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of clergyss.com and any purchase you make from it. The website is owned and operated by Clergyss LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming filing ID 2026-001929798), registered agent address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Clergyss”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. We sell to customers with a delivery address in the United States only.
Our garments are made by our partner workshop in Pakistan. Standard-size garments are made from our size chart; made-to-measure garments are made to the measurements you provide, and you are responsible for the accuracy of those measurements. We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences in shade or fabric texture are possible.
Your order is a request to buy. No payment is taken at checkout, and the confirmation email you receive only confirms that we received your request. After reviewing your order we email you an invoice from Clergyss LLC. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when that invoice is paid. Unpaid invoices expire after 7 days and the order is then cancelled. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, the delivery address is outside the US, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full to your original payment method.
Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms. In short: standard sizes can be returned within 30 days of delivery; made-to-measure items are final sale, with one remake at 50% of the item price if your measurements were inaccurate.
If there is a problem with your order or a charge, please contact us first at support@clergyss.com. We respond within 2 business days and will work with you to resolve it through a replacement, refund or other fair remedy under our policies. This is usually faster than a bank dispute. If you file a chargeback, we will provide your card issuer with order, delivery and communication records. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described, or that is already being refunded, may be treated as a breach of these Terms. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable law.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false or fraudulent orders, or to copy or resell site content without our written permission. All text, images, logos and designs on the site belong to Clergyss LLC or its licensors.
We guarantee that products will match their description and be free from defects in materials and workmanship at delivery; remedies are set out in our Refund Policy. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is”, and Clergyss LLC’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify Clergyss LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page; the version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
